This pad is very easy to make. It can help ease pain and aches of the body. You can put it in the microwave for a few seconds ( about 45 seconds) and stick it on your neck and relax. You can also put it in the freezer and use it as a cold pack. Ahhhhhhhh, feel the stress relief!
